I'm a level 3 qualified Personal trainer and Nutritional advisor. I have a passion for sport and fitness leading from my rugby league background.
I am also in the final stages of completing my degree within sports science (strength and conditioning). Which has not only given me a scientific knowledge about sport and fitness but also has taught me additionally how to work with athletes and improve performance. Additionally, I am looking into qualifications within British weight lifting and the National Strength and Conditioning Association, so that I can offer as much as I can to my clients.
