Established in January 2016, S.D Muscle Therapy was founded by Steve Denniss, a Castleford based sports therapist, with years of athletic experience.

Specialising in sports massage and injury rehabilitation, the clinic is based a short walk from Castleford town centre.

Initial appointments include an assessment designed to confirm the extent of any issue, and a discussion to agree the best treatment options for you as an individual.

We don’t only treat sports injuries, but also any other musculoskeletal issues, overuse injuries, or even just the everyday aches and pain you may get sitting at an office desk all day.
