The Sleep Retreat is the result of bringing together some of the world’s leading experts in Sleep Research, including Professor Colin Espie of Oxford University.

We give you the time and space to explore your own sleep issues, as well as offering treatments such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and leave in the knowledge that you are well equipped to deal with your sleep issues with our continuing support and guidance. We will be in close contact before, during and after your stay.
