Souters Holiday Cottage

Souters was originally heavy horse stables built c1860. Over the years its uses changed with the agricultural climate. For the past fifty years its size and type made it less and less suitable for modern agriculture and it turned into a storage area. For a short while it served as an artists studio and became known simply as The Studio. It was on the point of collapse when I started the renovation in 2010. I completed the project in early 2012, our first paying guests came in May of the same year.
