Crystal Healing is a deeply relaxing therapy that can help you deal with pain and stress and helps to make clearer decisions about our lives. It is combined with Reiki for the ultimate healing experience.
Crystals are formed by natural alignments of minerals over time. Crystals are always arranged in an organised fashion and are built up slowly. This formation is structured in such a way that an energy field is created within and around every crystal. This energy can react with our own energy fields, helping to shift negative energy and emotions to make way for positive ones.

The session starts with a private consultation, highlighting anything you feel you would like to work on. Each treatment will be tailored to your needs and no one session is the same, everyone experiences whatever is necessary for them on that day. You will be lying down, fully clothed and crystals will then be placed on and around your body. Meditations and sound therapy will be combined with the Reiki healing, depending on your needs.

The first session will take approximately an hour. It is usually recommended that you have two or three treatments, as this allows your body to adjust to the new energy patterns
