Sports massage is beneficial not only for active people but also those with chronic soft tissue issues caused by stress, tension, poor posture and repetitive strains.
I am ITEC Level 4 qualified and specialise in the prevention and treatment of injuries using various techniques to help you recover, gain strength and increase your range of movement in the affected area/s.
All sports appointments are 1 hour and include a postural analysis to tailor your treatment to you and give the best results.
I am also VTCT Level 3 qualified in holistic massage including hot stones, swedish and aromatherapy and every treatment you have will be bespoke to your needs.
