I have experienced what it's like to be overweight and unfit so after one of those moments where I decided that I didn't want to feel this way anymore I committed to making the changes I had always talked about but put off! 10 months later and 4 stone lighter it transformed my life. My confidence grew (waistline shrunk) and I felt 10 years younger.

As a result I want to use my experience and passion to help other people achieve their goals .
