Important information about our Kennels and Cattery.

Day Trials:
We offer special day trials for your dog which allows your pet to get used to kennel life before staying for a longer period of time. Just call the kennels to arrange a date. (Dependent on availability)

Medication:
Please ensure we are aware of any medical conditions your pet has when booking and then bring any prescribed medication, we will happily administer them, including injections. Please ensure you bring enough for your pets stay. We do not charge extra for this service.

Feeding:
We do supply a variety of different food, but we cannot store all varieties of food available on the market. Enquire at the kennels as to what food we provide but you are welcome to bring you pets regular diet. Pets are fed twice daily, however if your pet requires more/less feeds per day, let us know and we will carry out your requests.

Delivering/Collecting:
Deliver your pet to the front entrance of the kennels and ring the bell for assistance where someone will ask you for your details and collect your pet. You pay on collection and someone will bring your pet to you.

Booking:
Please book in advance before bringing your pet to stay with us. Call the kennels to book or book at the kennels directly.

Vaccinations:
All Dogs and Cats must be fully vaccinated before they come to our kennels.

Bedding:
We supply sturdy plastic beds in a variety of sizes, plastic floor mats, towels, vet bedding, blankets and carpets for dogs and vet bedding and blankets for your cats to help ensure your pets stay is as comfortable as possible. You are welcome to bring any bedding your pet already uses to make them feel more at home. These must be able to fit into a washing machine and be clearly named.

Kennel Cough:
To vaccinate against Kennel Cough is not compulsory, but if you do decide to vaccinate you pet against kennel cough, we recommend it be given two weeks prior to your pets stay with us.

Care at Home:
We are now offering a "Care at Home" service, for pets that are unable to stay in kennels or catteries, to include: Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Guinea-Pigs, Fish, Birds, Horses, Ponies, Pet Sheep, Goats etc. Experienced, kind and friendly staff can take care of exercising, feeding, cleaning, companionship and transportation. Please call to discuss individual requirements.
