Beginner and Intermediate classes available and are currently running in 8 session courses.
Pilates is great for developing overall strength and flexibility, improving posture and muscle tone. There are many exercises that can be adapted to meet personal requirements if you have any current injuries/ailments. Small class sizes and 1:1 sessions are also available.
