Patisserie Mark Bennett the local award winning Artisan baker has gained over 100 national and international gold medals. Mark has worked for his family’s Lower Parkstone Bakery business for 30 years. He now brings his exciting new venture to Penn Hill.
Mark trained at the Richemont Bakery School in Lucerne Switzerland and is a qualified bakery judge. In 1987 he decorated the Royal Wedding cake for the Duke and Duchess of York.
