The Yoga Shala

The Yoga Shala is based on a traditional South Indian yoga school.Designed to share the teachings and disciplines of the ancient health system of ‘yoga'.
The Yoga Shala will bring the many benefits of yoga to our local community. I believe that yoga can be practised by anyone and can be the most amazing foundation to bring both a strong, flexible body and mind.
This new Shala is proud to offer a variety of teachers covering a diverse range of yoga styles, which are consistent in quality, experience and tradition.
