Passion and Purpose, A London based company operates in two streams; Management and Creative.

Headed up by Carly Woodbridge, A London based independent Hip Hop Dance Manager and Producer.

Management;
Providing a management and support service to Hip Hop Dance Artists on an individual or group basis. Carly has a wide range of skills and qualifications and has undertaken a vast amount of training and courses provided by the IDMN, Dance UK, ILM, Impact Dance and Mentoring. She has a been successful in two Arts Council England Grants for the Arts Awards. In between working with artists Carly responds to Project Management and Marketing requests.

Creative;
Carly works alongside creative director and consultant, Yami “Rowdy” Lofvenberg to produce several large scale hip hop events, shows and projects, including one internationally in Colombia where Yami taught street children and local teachers. #beachsidebattle
