I (Toby Frere) and Stephen have started Number 35 as a place that can showcase proper coffee. One of the main things I want to do here is show people that there is an alternative to the mass produced coffee shops and the alternative tastes delicious.
I will have guest espressos by brilliant roasters and Single Origin Coffees that explore a multitude of flavors.
I will also be opening the back as a kitchen within a few months. It will provide lunch and supper, highlighting local suppliers and producers.
It will be a staggered launch but will be well worth the wait.
