This is a 6 week motivational weight loss plan which includes 6 X 1-2-1 weekly sessions with myself offering a personalised eating plan, nutritionist advice, formal hypnosis and motivational tips and homework. The healthy 80/20 eating plan allows you to have a little bit of what you like as well as a healthy dietary regime.
I am a Nutritional Therapist as well as a Hypnotherapist and have been looking for a plan which successfully combines the two. I found this in the Authoritarian Hypnosis Weight Loss Plan and trained in August 2014 with Steve Miller from Sky TV's Fat Families and joined his Licensed Programme.
I have trialled this programme with some very good results, I will offer motivation, identification of solutions, nutritional advice and a straight talking coaching style along with formal hypnosis and homework based tasks.
