Nutrition Matters4u - Barbara Sheads NT(Dip)MBANT is based at The Thorpe Bay Clinic, Thorpe Bay a multi disciplinary complementary Health Clinic. Barbara will work with you to create and monitor a personal nutrition programme to suit your individual needs rather than a 'one size' fits all appraoch, whether it be to help you back on the right track to healthy eating, to maintain an ideal weight or to help support specific health symptoms, making adjustments to your nutrition and lifestyle may make a big difference to the way you feel. Barbara treats every client as an individual and works with them as a whole person. Nutritional therapy does not have to be restrictive, it can be about opening up a whole new range of interesting foods and flavours, she believes our bodies need the right balance of nutrients to function well and sometimes our individual needs are not met and this can be a factor in health issues.
