Kitsham Holiday cottages and Campsite

Kitsham Holidays offer three stunning properties two of which are delightfully set in a ideal location on the edge of our 200 acre family farm. The third property is a modern contemporary house in the village of Marhamchurch.

The two original barns have been extensively renovated with the highest standards of furnishings, fixtures and fittings, combining quality and style with comfort and luxury. The Hayloft is spacious and has a contemporary country interior and benefits from underfloor heating, and a wood burning fire. The style of the house means there is ample room for all guests, and it is designed to provide 'flow' between the house and balcony, with glass doors sliding back the full length of the kitchen/diner. The stylish open plan lounge and kitchen has panoramic views, high vaulted ceilings, oak beams and wide oak floorboards.

Hunters Lodge is all on one level with slate & oak floors, granite topped kitchen, whirlpool bath and Wi-fi. Parking outside the front door. Secure private garden with gate to the fields great for walking the dog.The cottage is surrounded by countryside with open views and only a short drive to the many sandy beaches.

Our latest property 'The Lookout' has three bedrooms downstairs, two bedrooms with en-suite and third bedroom has two zip and link beds. There is a family bathroom with large walk in shower and whirlpool bath. The utility room has a separate washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The back door leads out to a enclosed private garden with shed and clothes line.

Upstairs there is a large open planned kitchen, dinner and living space. The kitchen is well equipped and has american fridge/freezer with ice and water, dishwasher, built in oven and microwave, large ceramic hob, coffee maker and Sonos player, everything you need to make it home from home. Large kitchen table, great for entertaining family and friends plus a balcony to the front of the house great for morning coffee and taking a glimpse of the sea.


Taking full advantage of the most amazing views the living area has bi-fold doors leading out to South facing balcony with quality rattan furniture to relax on. The lounge has 55'' tv, dvd, sound bar and built in wood burner. There is books, games and dvds for our younger visitors. Cot, high chair and black out curtain all provided.

This house is stunning with a contemporary design throughout. My husband built the property and together we have spent two years designing it to a high spec for our visitors to enjoy.

Walking distance to the local pub, shop, playpark and a five minute drive to the seaside town of Bude it makes the perfect place to stay for families or couples looking for a special break.
