1st session is always free!! After that, choose 2 group training sessions per week for £37 per month or unlimited sessions for £47 per month.
Train at a location of your choice - your home, the park, beach - or come along to your choice of session[s] at Victoria Industrial Estate to experience the motivational benefits of training as part of a small group. Groups are confined to a maximum of 2-15 clients to ensure everyone receives the 'personal training' experience.

All clients receive a 1-2-1 consultation with a personal trainer to define goals and agree a programme. Complimentary free session for all clients before committing to any programme.
