CONSTANTLY VARIED FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS PERFORMED AT HIGH INTENSITY. We don't care what you look like when you walk through our door, all we want is for you to get as fit as possible to perform daily tasks (whether that be your chosen sport, work, hobby, or just moving!) by doing WORK! in terms of work, we make you better at moving larger loads, further distances, faster (INCREASED WORK CAPACITY) in any time setting & energy pathway - whether it be short sprints or long endurance (ACROSS BROAD TIME) and we do this in a variety of different movements to prepare for whatever life throws our way; lifting, throwing, jumping, running (& MODAL DOMAINS).
