7:00pm - 8:00pm : Beginners Hoop and Silks
8:00pm - 9:00pm : Intermediate/Advanced Hoop and Silks

Thursday
7:00pm - 8:00pm : Beginners Hoop and Silks
8:00pm - 9:00pm : Intermediate/Advanced Hoop and Silks

Please inquire if you are interested in private sessions on Hoop or Silks.

Aerial mixed Hoop and Silks classes: £7 each (courses of 5-8 weeks), £9 drop in (if space available) and £7 for an initial taster session.
Private 1:1 sessions: £25 (30 mins) £35 (1 hour)
Private 2:1 sessions: £35 (30 mins) £45 (1 hour)


All courses, drop ins, tasters and private sessions must be pre-booked via phone, text (07595 424088/07984 517336) or through the Facebook page. Full course payment must be made on or before your first session. Cancellations must be made 72hrs in advance of the course commencing, 48hrs in advance of your booked private session and 24hrs in advance of your booked drop in or taster session otherwise the full fee will be charged.

Unable to attend: To help us offer as much flexibility as possible within your course we operate an Absent Book which is kept in the studio. If you are unable to get to a class, let us know as soon as possible, ideally via the Absent Book, so that someone else can take your place and you can then see in the book if we can slot you into another class.

What to wear?

Legs
A unitard or a pair of leggings are ideal as they entirely cover your legs and aren't baggy. Feel free to layer up to avoid chaffing.

Body
A leotard or non baggy T-shirt that covers your midriff and the tops of your arms and doesn't ride up over your head.

Feet
Bare feet for Silks or bare feet or socks for Hoop.

Absolutely all jewellery and piercings must be removed as they could get caught in the equipment.

In addition to running classes at The Project, Secret Circus also perform as a quirky Aerial Duo made up of Emily Garrod-Cox and Charlie Storrie - a talented, charismatic and cheeky little pair who are sure to bring a smile to all who observe the passion portrayed through their art. Their diverse Aerial acts demonstrate an extensive skill set in fun and original routines.

The girls are available for performances at corporate events, festivals, weddings, cabaret, parties and work events.
