Brecon Beacons Foraging

After foraging all over the UK in recent years, I started Brecon Beacons Foraging because I believe that this exquisite part of the world is one of the best places to seek out edible and medicinal wild plants....and of course, the physical landscape of the Brecon Beacons, with mountains, rivers and forests, is utterly gorgeous. For me, foraging is about so much more than gathering pants; it's a philosophy, a way of life. Knowing about plants and their uses encourages us to be resourceful, to be imaginative, and, often, to step into the shoes of our ancestors, for whom gathering greenery was a part of everyday life. I am passionate about plants of all kinds and, in my courses, I intend to pass on this enthusiasm and information to you! I hope you'll join me on a foraging course and anjoy an adventure which will last a lifetime.
