From setting up your email account and getting started on Skype, Facebook or Twitter, to teaching how to browse securely and safely, we have something for everyone. This service is 100% mobile so all customers can learn from the comfort of their own homes with no pressures. We are also available for advice and support by phone. Basic start up session – email registration, web browsing overview, Facebook/Twitter/Skype registration and overview and answering any questions you may have about these (up to two hours)- £20

Stay Safe online security course – learn how to control and manage the information you share online. Also includes guidance on how to spot fake websites and scams. - £25

Microsoft Office Tutorials - £30 (£15 if combined with another service)

Parental Control and Monitoring advice - £25 (optional £10 extra if you want gaming services set up for your child/children)

Custom computer building – various, tailored to your budget. You will receive an itemised breakdown of parts and cost. My fee is then £50 on top of this.

Phone advice and support (after using one of the above services) – free

Computer maintenance and cleaning - £20
