ONTO was established in 2003, a fast growing organization specializing in training and development to equip the national and international healthcare students to become leaders in the future. These are the new generations of leaders and

ONTO has proven that there is a real, ever growing but largely unfulfilled demand for the provision of specialist training courses to national and international healthcare professionals. The team consists of qualified nurses, qualified and experienced tutors and qualified assessors who have healthcare background

We work with National and International healthcare professionals and organisations to develop effective partnerships and tailored training and development programmers.

In 2010 ONTO has celebrated 7th Year Anniversary. During this time ONTO Student Council (OSC) was established within the College to support our students spiritually, psychologically and emotionally. The council has strong FAITH and this is the foundation of all the teaching and work that we all do.

In 2011, ONTO is one of the first institutions in Britain became a college with religious foundations. We hold tightly to traditional values and high academic standards. We strive to impact our culture in support of traditional family values, sanctity of life, compassion for the poor, biblical view of human nature, personal freedom, and other such causes that preserve and promote high moral and ethical standards.

Our work within ONTO is guided by the teachings in the Bible and we are committed to motivate the next generation of our leaders to passionately pursue God’s Word and to equip our future leaders with the life skills necessary to reach their full potential. Our leadership and management programmes are designed to teach this culture how to take God’s Word and apply it to their everyday lives so that they can achieve the victories that God has for them.
