We know how important it is to have comfortable shoes on a special occasion, therefore we recommend you buy your own shoes so that you are happy with the shape, size and comfort before we transform them to your custom embellished design. All we require is that you send us white leather/ leather look matt shoes.

How much do your designs cost?

As everything I design is bespoke, prices vary from bride to bride depending on your requirements. Please message for a no obligation estimate. I am able to give a quote once I know all the details involved.

I don't live near to where you are based, can you still provide your service for me?

Absolutely. A face to face meeting is not really necessary, we can still discuss your requirements in detail over email. We can then easily post a sample shoe to you to view at a cost of £8.00 however we do require a £50.00 returnable deposit.


Do you offer a discount?

The price reflects just how much work and time has gone in to making your shoes. We can offer a small discount if you order 3 or more pairs at the same time.


What do you recommend we send you to make my wedding shoes personalised?

Please send us swatches of your colour scheme, photos or mood boards of your vision for your big day and if you provide the date and location of your wedding we can incorporate a post mark with this information onto your shoe, we can also include a vintage clock to portray the time of your wedding if required.

Some of our brides have included personalised items such as
• Buttons from their grandmas button box
• Lace from their christening gown or mothers bridal gown
• A quote from your husband to be or from the father of the bride
• A photo of a loved one unable to attend the wedding
• A representation of your bridal flowers
• A pattern/colour or embellishment from your invitation or bridesmaid dresses


I like different aspects of a number of shoes on your page, can I change aspects of the design & swap images around?

Yes of course, If you like the layout of one design but a pattern of another, for example, please enquire and amendments can be made to suit this. Examples of available embellishments are on our Facebook photo album.



Can I pay by credit or debit card?

At the moment, we only have facilities to receive cheques or for you to pay via Bank transfer, we also have a shop on Folksy.com where you can pay for the design you like then email me with your personalisation requests, on here you can use your credit card.

Express delivery or special delivery options are available at full cost to the client.

It is your responsibility to sign for goods - please ensure a delivery address is provided where there will be someone available to sign for your order.

All orders are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. Any damage MUST be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

On receipt, if you feel there are any discrepancies with your order, these MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt.


Do you have a shop?

I’d love to have a shop but the overheads would be too great, so I prefer to keep my prices lower and work from home, however if you would like to I can meet you for a consultation in a hotel near Guildford (Surrey) and I can bring examples of a few different shoes and embellishment options.


Can I collect my order?
Yes, that’s absolutely fine. Collections are by appointment only.
