Here at Levain we only use the freshest ingredients every day – when we say really fresh – we mean picked and delivered directly to our chefs ready to use!

We continuously update our menus to so that our fab new delicious dishes show off the best seasonal produce. Rest assured that we guarantee one thing never changes; our resolve on uppermost quality and freshness - this is why we always source locally. We always champion using trusted local producers and eating food in season, when it is at its best.

British growers and farmers offer some beautifully astounding produce; Why would we look anywhere else; when we can get food that is top quality, high welfare meat, sustainable and fresh, right here on our doorstep?

To put it simply : food is our business and our passion. We provide freshly prepared, nutritious food and design our bespoke menus around the needs of our clients and customers.

We work in collaboration with our clients to realise their overall vision as well as environmental goals. By reducing daily waste by reusing and recycling, lessening food miles with select sourcing and saving energy and continuous staff food education, we will work hard to make our client’s business sustainable.
