ZUMBA GOLD® is a low intensity fitness program specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and international dance rhythms created in the original ZUMBA® program and bring them to the active older adult, the beginner participant, people who come back to exercise after a break, people who need lower intensity exercise due to old injury etc, and anybody else looking for a gentler introduction to Zumba®. Created to emphasize the basics, this explosive program is so easy to follow.
