I am extremely passionate about helping others to be the best they can be in their body. I have been a registered Dietitian in the NHS for 11 years and have worked with many conditions. My goal is to help you reach optimal health and wellness to enjoy life to the full!

I firmly believe massage is a powerful tool to help prevent stress related problems that are so prevalent in our lives today. I am qualified to the highest level in Sports/Remedial Massage, Holistic Massage and Myofascial Release Therapy.

MTI Sports and Remedial Massage Level 5 Diploma

MTI Holistic Massage Level 4 Diploma with Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology (Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork)

Master in Human Nutrition and Dietetics

Myofascial Release Level 1, 2 and 3 (Myofascial Release Therapy UK)

Kinesio Taping Advanced Level 1 and 2 (Kinesio Taping UK)
