ZDance Fitness with Louise

Zumba is suitable for all ages and abilities, mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Classes are £4 and discounts apply.
All you need is a bottle of water, supporting shoe/trainer and loose clothing.
