My name is Zaina Zahid, an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner. I love to use Basic Systematic Kinesiology as a support to tapping (EFT). I address emotional and physical aspects of your challenges and support your journey on emotional and physical levels.

The blending of both techniques boosts and bolsters your progress and are very non-intrusive, flexible and work with any belief system and any mind-set.

Tailored to your needs and what your emotional body responds to most- what your physical body says is priority to address and, as always, what you are most comfortable with! Sessions aim to demonstrate the HOW in discovering you have all it takes to overcome challenges as well as accompany you towards relief. These methods can be easily learnt and practiced anywhere.
