Yve Does Reiki

Reiki is an holistic healing modality which can be used to support you in improving all areas of your health and well-being. By balancing and unblocking the energy in your body, reiki offers a wide range of benefits including stress relief, pain relief, promoted healing and increased vitality. It is also a very effective tool for emotional clearing and personal development.

I began studying and practicing reiki as part of my own journey of personal healing, and it was such a powerful force in my life that I knew I wanted to bring it into other people's lives.

I qualified as a Reiki Master in November of 2015 and in the months since I have dedicated myself to improving my practice and becoming the clearest channel I can be for this modality.

I offer one to one sessions at your home, workplace, or any other appropriate venue (I recommend somewhere quiet where you can feel relaxed, so that you can get the most out of the session). We can arrange a 30 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute session depending on what is most suitable. Ordinarily I conduct treatments with the recipient sitting comfortably in a chair - this was the founder, Dr Usui's, preference and I find it helps the recipient stay present during the treatment. However if you are more comfortable lying down I am more than happy for us to complete the treatment with you lying on a bed, or alternatively on my padded mat on the floor.

Reiki can be a difficult thing to wrap your head around when you first get introduced to it.
