Running coaching for people who don't run, and in all honesty would rather hide under a blanket with a packet of Hob Nobs than do any exercise.
In 2012 I was three dress sizes bigger and hadn't done any exercise for years. I literally stumbled upon running and found to my amazement that I was hooked - 8 months later I was happier, healthier and almost three stone lighter.
I'm neither scarily fit nor super-healthy; I'll never be a size 6 and I absolutely believe in the health benefits of profiteroles. I just happen to love running, and am somehow capable of passing on my love to the most sceptical of individuals without having to resort to physical violence or threats, whilst at the same time having a whole lot of fun.
