Your Physio Derry

Your Physio was founded by Stephen McKendry in 2014.

From University Stephen joined one of the UK's leading private physiotherapy companies, where he received training and guidance from physiotherapists who have worked with professional athletes at the highest level including the English Premier League.

He then went on to use this training on his own caseload of clients which included elite athletes, as well as the non sporting population throughout England.

Stephen progressed from a junior physiotherapist to senior physiotherapist and then clinical lead during his time in England.
Being a clinical lead allowed him to pass on his knowledge and skills to physiotherapists, across England, and motivate them to provide the same high quality care to their patients.

It has always been Stephens ambition to eventually set up his own private physiotherapy clinic back home in Northern Ireland, and provide a high quality service to his local community.

Stephen is now delighted to have achieved this goal by opening his first clinic at The Vale Centre in Greysteel; where he provides:

Hands on Physiotherapy
Expert sports injury management
Deep tissue and remedial massage
Joint manipulation
Acupuncture and dry needling
Biomechanical assessment and correction
Treatment of all joint and muscle injuries
Treatment of neck and back injuries

Appointments are available 7 days a week including late evening and weekends.
