Wolverhampton Homes Leaseholders

Leaseholders own the lease of properties that were formerly owned by Wolverhampton City Council and have been bought through the Right to Buy. This means they own the property but not the freehold of it.

Wolverhampton Homes, is the managing agent for the City Council's housing stock and we are very keen to involve more leaseholders in shaping those services.
