I have been in the health industry for over 10years. My career and experience is quite unique-I grow up in Lithuania,Eastern Europe and have worked with more then 20+ nationalities in Australia, both perspective provides me with the better understanding of each cultures eating expectations & habits.

Even I have been fortunate to work with high performance athletes, successful professionals and small business owners - I have found myself with few personal issues to overcome.
My biggest challenge was my personal weight problems.

The great news are that I have been honoured to work alongside renowed doctors and naturopaths in 2012 back in Australia. We have pursued deep understanding about the human cell and how it reacts with the different food groups. This educations helped me to loose 17kg and never put it back on again. It feels great to feel in control of your body weight and pass this knowledge to others.

My husband and I are both committed to living a healthy lifestyle and to sharing our experience and knowledge with those who wish to develop or maintain a similar lifestyle.
