Do you have a hectic lifestyle and want to make positive and bold life changes but have precious little time to make them?

Or do you talk yourself out of doing incredible things because you’re scared you haven’t got what it takes?

Me too a few years ago!

I then plucked up the courage to escape the corporate cage - that was my well-paid, secure job - and leave my hectic lifestyle in London to transition to life in the idyllic countryside.

Here, I can be in my dream job fully as opposed to part-time as a successful Psychotherapist, Lecturer, Coach and Mindfulness Consultant.

Within this capacity I have helped 1000's of clients at my Liverpool Street and Harley Street Practices - and nowadays at my Bristol Practice. And have not been unknown to occasionally advise the likes of film Directors, such as Mike Leigh, on the authenticity of film narratives no less!

Taking all the neuroscience and emotional intelligence tools developed in working with these 1000's of clients over the course of my career at my Harley Street and Liverpool Street Practices, I've created masterclasses that help people like you to excel in business - and are a whole load of fun too!

What's more, the techniques I am using have been tried and tested by highly inspirational men and women such as Ruby Wax, Arianna Huffington, Steve Jobs, Oxford University Professors and Google employees to name a few!!

How did I achieve my dream job?

I decided to take the advice of my partner.

Liam one evening said to me, “You need to aim high, so why not apply for jobs in the premiership league?”

It was a bold step for me then but do you know what? Shortly after this he exhibited paintings at the Royal Academy for three consecutive years and I opened up my own Practice at 10 Harley Street!

I made my personal development needs and well-being a priority. This included: a Master’s Degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, a Mindfulness Teacher qualification and several coaching and CPD courses.

I also consciously decided to spend less time with naysayers.

And most importantly - and here I will let you in to a personal event in my life - I reminded myself that if I could survive my own stalking trauma in 1992, then anything is possible.
