Tuesday evenings at pontarddulais leisure centre 7 - 8 pm and at Birchgrove community centre, Swansea , south wales on Wednesday evenings 7.30- 9 pm and Friday morning 10.00 - 11.30 am
Classes include breathing techniques, asana , relaxation and meditation.
