Whether you're new to yoga or you've had some experience before, pop along for an hour's workout, which will leave you feeling energised, refreshed and relaxed. These yoga classes focus on postures from the Ashtanga series, which will work your entire body, including seated, standing and balancing postures to really help you build strength, develop flexibility and leave you feeling well-stretched but also relaxed. Modifications for each posture are given so everyone can take part, whether you're a beginner or advanced.
