HATHA SYLE YOGA FOR beginners/intermediate
Hatha Yoga is a total system of positive health, balance and relaxation. It’s beneficial for all ages, male and female.
The classes use a combination of sequences of yoga postures, breath and relaxation which help improve body awareness, strength, flexibility and posture. Yoga works on the internal organs and regulates metabolism whilst improving the digestive processes. It can decrease tension, counteract stress and help reduce excess fat as well as improve circulation and flexibility increasing joint mobility. Yoga helps to develop more freedom in your body and stillness in your mind.
The classes are very accessible to all... so please come along and give it a try..

Beginners - 6 - 7.15pm
Beginners/intermediate - 7.30 - 9pm
£8 drop in or £42 for 6 classes
I teach One to ones sessions for all levels - contact me for more information
I also teach YOGA FOR THE SPECIAL CHILD (from children with profound special needs to Autism; Dyslexsia; Dyspraxia, Aspergers) within schools or one to one sessions.
I am a Teen Yoga instructor - teaching one to ones and within schools.
