Yin Yan Teachers are dedicated to helping people just like you get healthier, happier and energised. Improve your strength, flexibility, balance, focus and concentration with Yin Yan!

All class bookings include the hire of a yoga mat - you just need to arrive changed and ready to practice with a bottle of water (we are a pop up so changing or storage facilities are often limited). Wear anything you feel comfortable moving in, perhaps bring an extra layer for the relaxation meditation.
