I am a professionally trained (in psychology and Humanistic Integrative Counselling) , experienced, BACP registered counsellor, who helps individuals (11+young people and adults) with a variety of emotional issues by taking a unique journey with them in her private practice. In addition to my private practice I work with East &Best Berkshire NHS , IAPT -Talking Therapies and offer short and long term counselling to adult individuals from many diverse backgrounds in Berkshire Counselling Centre.
I am a Graduate Member of British Psychology Society (MBPsS) and Registered with British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Reg-MBACP).
I committed to provide psychological services in highest possible professional standard by adhering BACP’S Ethical Frame Work and BPS Code of Ethics.

My experience covers a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, gender/ gender identity issues, low self esteem/self confidence, parenting difficulties, work related stress e.g. I have particular interest and experience in cross cultural marriages and complex step families.
