I am Martyn Cattermole and am a life long angler with over 40 years experience catching big fish. I am now aiming to share my experience with others as a professional fishing guide.

My aim is to provide a guiding service that enables you to catch the fish of your dreams and learn new skills in the process. I work hard to ensure that an Angling Adventures guided day, usually on one of my two boats, is a memorable experience resulting in fish that you will never forget !

I specialise in bait fishing for pike and zander and other species such as carp, barbel and perch as well as fly and lure fishing.

Waters fished include the Lower River Severn, River Wye, Llangorse Lake, Somerset Levels and Chew Valley lake.

We use two boats, one a well equipped Warrior Pro Angler 17ft boat moored in Tewkesbury providing access to 30 miles of river, while our smaller boat is a 14ft Polar Kraft that can be trailered to other venues or used on the Gloucester Canal where it is based.

All guided trips can be bespoked to meet your precise requirements for pike or zander or other species.

We use state of the art Humminbird Onix & Helix sonar. Whatever it is you would like to gain from a guided day out with Angling Adventures, then contact me and we can plan a day built around your fishing aspirations.

We can provide you with fishing tackle or you can bring your own. All methods can be used including live and deadbaits, float trolling, casting, trolling, vertical jigging, dropshotting etc.

Bookings
Full day trips are normally 8 hours dawn to dusk depending on the season. If you want more or less fishing just ask and we will work out a package to meet your needs. We are available for guiding 7 days a week depending on season and bookings, so can be flexible.

Safety
Angling Adventures supplies lifejackets and we and our boats are all fully licensed and insured. And CRB checked.
