The Bow Top Wagons are the direct descendent s of the original Bender Tents. The Open Lot is built on a dray which is about 100 years old. The front is covered by canvas doors the top and sides insulated with felt.

Food...

Proper ingredients, cooked well and served with a touch of style. Yes it's seasonal, yes it's local and yes it's wholesome and nutritious, but surely that`s not everything...is it? We think food is fun and is to be enjoyed.
