The Classes:
Classes are created with mums in mind. The classes are designed to improve fitness, help you lose weight and, most importantly, have fun. What makes Work it Baby different, is the supportive network of mums in the classes, each encouraging and empowering each other to achieve their goals. It doesn't matter whether you had your child 6 months ago or even 36 years ago, these classes have been put together with you and your body in mind. You’ll get fit, shed lbs, tone-up all whilst having a laugh!
Two classes to choose from Work it Baby and Cheer it Baby.
Work it Baby - Mondays 7pm
Cheer it Baby - Thursdays 8pm
The Work it Baby Class is a high energy fitness class which will get you burning calories and toning up with a cardio and strength training section.
The Cheer it Baby class is a unique aerobics exercise class using professional ‘poms ’& cheer moves to improve flexibility & strength.
