It wasn’t a case of if I would pursue my love of working with dogs but when. I grew up with animals, I always had a family dog and much to the frustration of my parents would bring home any stray cat I could find. I worked as a volunteer with the RSPCA in West Yorkshire where I grew up, there I gained a greater understanding of a range of animals. I love spending time with animals it’s what I do, it’s who I am.

I’m an active person having completed four marathons, a half marathon and several triathlons. I love to be outside, come rain, hail, snow, wind and the occasional sunny spell. The highlight of my day is walking my two beauties, Bella a six year old Hungarian Vizsla and Luna my 18 month old German Pointer.

The service I offer is fully flexible, days, evenings and weekends. I can cater for those clients that work shifts. As well as a dog walking and pop in service I can offer day sitting. I can day sit a number of dogs in my own home. Your dog/s will be fully integrated into my home and enjoy an action packed day. What makes my service unique is the level of activity your dog/s will enjoy. I have always had dogs that require a great deal of exercise. I’m all too familiar with the need to burn off that energy and I truly believe a happy, contented and well behaved dog is a tired dog.

All walks that I take your beloved dog/s on can be recorded via my GPS device. I can also upload the content to Facebook so you can keep a track of what your dog/s has been up to. You will feel assured that your dog/s have had the level of exercise they deserve.

I also understand that not all dogs can be exercised off the lead or require high energy exercise, I can tailor my service accordingly.

I have also experience with separation anxiety, my beautiful Doberman Meta suffered terribly with this condition and it was always a major concern and worry for me when going away on holiday. I learnt from tried and tested scenario’s that house sitting was the best option as routine and familiar environment was a necessity. Therefore, if you have a pet with a similar condition I can stay in your home and keep their routine as normal as possible. I am CRB checked and can provide reference on request.

I am a keen photographer and pet photography is my favourite genre. I will post pictures of our doggie walk antics for you to enjoy.
