Our programmes are designed specificially to help women of all shapes, sizes and ages achieve their health and fitness goals within suitable time frames supported by our expert health and fitness instuctors. The classes are a mixture of high intensity, cardio, strength and resistance exercises designed to provide all over body work outs every time, and you will never have two classes the same (thats a promise).
Our programmes range from £2.50 - £10.00 depending on how many classes you wish to do each week in your monthly membership. The more classes you do the cheaper they get.
To help you decide how many classes are going to be suitable for your goals we currently offer Free Consultations and Tours where you get a one on one appointment with an instructor who will answer any questions you may have with regards to our classes and programmes and help to tailor make a package which will help you to achieve your individual goals within your desired time frame.
