WMR Contractors is a family owned and operated multi-trade contractor, specialising in the maintenance and refurbishment of traditional buildings. Our director, Andrew McGowan Bsc (Hons), is a qualified Building Surveyor and Construction Manager, combined with the wealth of experience from our highly trained staff give WMR Contrators a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of building conservation.

We have established a reputation in the repair, maintenance and preservation of listed and historic buildings using traditional methods to preserve the building fabric.

We refurbish and maintain properties of all ages for a variety of clients from housing associations, churches, nurseries and businesses to landlords and home owners.

We aim to provide our clients with reliable, quality service delivering the projects you desire on time and in budget, by closely monitoring works and updating clients on progress.

What sperates us from the competition is our ability to undertake total turnkey packages to design for our clients, liaise with planning/building control through to project management, full completion of the works and final handover.
