Wilson Residential, Based in Banbridge was formed in 2013 by Robert J Wilson who has been working in Estate Agency for 20 years within Northern Ireland.

Firstly with a leading Belfast estate agency chain, progressing then to a County Down chain and in more recent times, BTWShiells, Belfast.

Throughout this career period, I have worked with private individuals, Government Agencies and a number of Northern Ireland's leading house builders and developers on a range of property matters.

We are all very aware over recent years that the property market in Northern Ireland has gone through a series of highs and lows and a series of price readjustments to reach the stage of "bottoming out".

However, over the last 12 months there are definite signs of an improvement in market conditions and there is a more positive feeling generally about the housing market from the public and industry experts.

Demand for housing is increasing and there are always people wanting to buy their first home, those who require more space due to growing families and those who have out grown their current property and wish to downsize.
