Our 27 Station Gym is used by may members of public that want to achieve their fitness goals.
We have fully qualified Fitness Instructors that will help to achieve your goals by writing programmes to sort you.

Aquazone Swimming Lessons.
Run all year round for all levels of swimming from Parent and Toddler to Swim Club.
Also offer 1-2-1 swimming lessons to help achieve you goals and help with your stroke techniques.

Exercise & Fitness Classes.
We offer a wide range of Exercise & Fitness Classes including; Zumba, Circuits, Body Combat, Body Attack, Pilates,
Aqua Aerobics & Yoga. All these classes are run by fully qualified instructors that will motivate you every step of the way.
