William Shannon Architect

William Shannon is a qualified architect, registered with the RIBA, and is based in Saintfield, County Down.

The practice takes a genuine interest in all of its projects, and brings the same creative approach to whatever we are asked to design, being careful to listen to a client’s needs and aspirations.

The practice has undertaken a wide variety of projects, from domestic extensions and one-off houses, to large office parks, hotel, and church schemes.

The practice was established in 1998, and has mainly worked in the private and commercial sectors in Northern Ireland. It has also undertaken projects in mainland England and further afield.

Services offered range from simple feasibility studies through to full traditional architectural services where a project is taken from inception to completion. We are happy to tailor our service to suit a client’s specific requirements and budgetary constraints.
