Wild Star Boxing Gym

We are a boxing gym based in Aldridge which is run by a boxing family.

Starting age: 6+

Our gym is open to everyone of any fitness level. No boxing experience is needed, all you need is the desire to get fit and we can help you.

We teach skills used in boxing but also general fitness. Our aim is to teach discipline, promote confidence and help to defend yourself. Our daily activities include circuits, pad work, jogging, shadow boxing, skipping and much more.
