Wonderful, friendly and fun holidays for inquisitive people, learning and participating in wildlife conservation and research in the UK. Monitoring voles, shrews and other small mammals, making new habitat for butterflies, creating the perfect conditions for orchids, or investigating the wildlife nightlife - just some of the things we get up to.
All fueled by great food, in lovely places to stay, seeking out the most interesting of each a locality has to offer.
On a Wild Days Conservation holiday you'll be working alongside experts and first-timers alike. During the day, learning and doing - muddy boots and slightly grubby hands often involved. Interesting conversation that can start over pre-dinner drinks and last through dinner and on into the rest of the evening.
Everything you need to know is taught on site: learning and working with a range of people all contributing to wildlife conservation - utilising people’s skills, learning from each other and enjoying time outdoors. We want everyone to be inspired by what they are doing, whether it is spotting a particular plant species or putting up a camera trap to capture photos of animals.
